Question of the day, I was asked, “How would you describe the current state of diversity and inclusion in most organizations today?”I replied, Reactionary at best.

This was one of my most candid interviews. I really put my intellect on the line. I tried to discuss the future of DEI and outline the topics no one wants to touch. We must go there if we plan on solving portions of these problems. Diversity & Inclusion is not a trend. It’s a system being created to undo things we are becoming more aware of - isms of the world that do and do not affect us personally. I want to accelerate awareness.
